Green Fingers

I've planted some daffodil and narsissus bulbs in amonst all along the cat-shitty borders in my garden. I wonder if they will sprout, and if they do, will they smell of poo? I figured that cat poo is a good sort of thing so I'm utilising it as a fertilizer. There were a couple of crisp white ones that I lobbed over into next doors wasteland with my trowl - don't tell! Its an overgrown building site so they'll never know.

Also, I successfully looked after the dog. It survived, and my Dad and his partner brought me a gift of some yummy French pates to say thankyou.

I spent the weekend eating lots of food, sleeping and watching lots of telly with Rachel. We watched the Japanese original version of 'The Grudge' (verdict: scary- don't watch it! It freaked me out good and proper.) A My Little Pony film and the Heman/Shera film, which was EPIC!!! So so cool. We also watched the last Jane Eyre which was lovely.

All in all, a good weekend. And hubby's back tonight after the stag party.
