Woo and Yay

So I have a dank and dirty empty half hour here and I'm ready to entertain. Just been reminded that I'm expected to partake in a pub quiz tonight - oh joy and rapture! If there are any history/sports questions then I'm badgered.

Have just come back from a viewing at a scrubby little block of flats. Found a bunch of tenants in the front room of the first one, all huddled together smoking fags and watching Meet the Fockers. Dirty knickers on the bedroom floor and heaps of stuff piled everywhere. God I envy them! I wish I had the kind of lifestyle where I couldn't give a shit about housework and could sit and watch telly/smoke fags all day long. I could so easily be such a drop out slob, a la Waynette from Harry Enfield, if my life hadn't quite gone the way it did. Instead I wear suits and have to be perfectly neat and presentable. Damn.

Later on I'm off out to put on the market a vinery. These are always fairly interesting as the people running them are inevitably good characters to study, they still eke a living from the land like folk from days gone by. I feel a bit sorry for them like they've been left behind by the modern age. Mind you they normally staff the vineries with blond Latvian immigrants who are far too pretty to be doing manual labour. So I don't feel too sorry for them. The last one I took on had a load of rabbits inside the greenhouses just completely un-scared of humans, sitting there eating all the crop.

I have just managed to load up a photo, my very first one! Woo Yay. That is me on the right, quite pissed at a wedding reception with my friend Seonaid next to me and Nick next to her. Can't remember what we were laughing at.
