Hot or Not?

G'Morning.

I have just added my Hot or Not picture to this blog, it's really old, I was about 22 when it was taken and my hair was way long & bushy. Feel free to give me nil points.

I went to see Serenity last night with Rachel. What an excellent film! Really rated it, it was very funny in the same kind of sarcastic humour that was so profilic in Buffy (it was the same guy behind it, apparentely. Joss Whelan.) It is sci fi, in the true sense of the word - a massive space opera where the characters actually take the main stage rather than the special effects. So unusual and welcome to find.

We ate before the movie and found a Thai takeaway called Sian. We ate massive amounts of green curry and coconut rice, then munched our way through some Haribo Tangfastics during the film, the best sweets ever in my opinion. So quite a decadent evening then, food wise.

Nick is back from Jersey tonight after a week away reporting on the local elections, poor soul. And its probably another heavy DIY bender this weekend for us so not much to look forward to. I have the misfortune to be working tomorrow morning so may write again as I will be in abject boredom no doubt. Ooh - tomorrow night, though, we are going to see the Bad News Blues Band, now isn't that a cool band name.

Sorry not much in the way of intellectual spoutings today, just a rundown of what I've been up to. But there you go, that's my life and I'm not feeling terribly wise or philosophical today. Maybe later when I've fed my brain with chocolate we might see some wisdom.
