Its a year ago day that we bought our maisonette! So we have to do something good tonight to celebrate. Coincidentally, this week one of my mates Fran has completed on her apartment and Sue & Laurie have signed the conditions on the house they are buying. So everybody should jump on the property band wagon, thats what I say. Well, it is only going to get more and more expensive so I guess its a sensible idea really. We all feel really grown up and have been freaking each other out about that.
Fran treated us (being me, Sarah F, Toki and a guy called Tom who I hadn't met before) to champagne in Dix Neuf yesterday lunchtime. Isn't she a doll. And its so cool that she's living over here now. I say living, that is with a pinch of salt as she only makes it back once or twice a fortnight due to her incredibly impressive job being a BA pilot. How cool is she. Apart from I felt really sorry for her when all that terrorist crap was going on at Heathrow because all the airline people had a terrible time. Apparentely even the pilots weren't allowed to take hand luggage or anything on board and she went a couple of days without a wash/toothbrush. Hideous. Then she arrived in some foreign country literally with just the shirt on her back and had to find a toothbrush. Yes, I realise I have an easy life!
Last night we watched back some of the wedding video. It was lovely, we have all the speeches on tape and I found the best mans speech still very funny a second time around.
My cat Molly keeps throwing up and I have noticed a few tiny specks of blood in it, what should I do? Is that normal? Its only now and then and she seems absolutely fine and she had a blood test about 6 months ago which didn't show up anything odd... I don't know.

Does she drink a lot of alcohol?? ;-) Could be oesophageal varices, but unlikely (and I don't know I'm talking about anyway)
